1. Bubble level: Use this tool to
make sure that the slopes of pul-
leys are equal. This is to make
sure that you do not have the
condition in Figure 9 , item 3.
Mechanisms shown in Figure 14
can change the pulley slopes.

equal, the bubble will be in the
same position for each pulley.
