Leakage

The

stray
capacity

inverter output lines

cause an external
thermal
overload protector trip.
When the cable length is long (50m or more), the
ratio
of leakage
current
to the
motor's
rated
current
becomes large.

trip
is liable to occur.
Countermeasures
Use the electronic
thermal
relay on the inverter.
Lower the
carrier
frequency.
Note
that
this will increase
the
motor
noise.
