1.1 Features
The QS series CPU module has the following new features:
(1) Safety PLC system can be constructed
The QS series programmable controllers have obtained the highest safety level
(IEC61508 SIL3, EN954-1/ISO13849-1 Category 4, IEC62061) applicable to
programmable controllers.
