POINT
The local device may not be designated with some instructions.
Refer to the allowable device in the programming manual of each instruction for
details.
Remark
Refer to Section 10.2 for the concept of the number of words of the devices used
as local devices.
(3) Local device designation
(a) Setting the ranges of devices used as local devices
When using as local devices, set the ranges of the devices used as local devices
in the device of the PLC parameter dialog box.
Note that the range designated for local devices applies to all programs, and
cannot be changed for individual programs.
For example, if the local device range is designated as M0 to M100, this range will
be used for local devices in all programs.
