Master Clear
Clear all user settings and entries,
except
for information
stored on the SIM card, erase all downloaded pictures and
sound files, and reset all options back to their original factory
settings,
except
for the lifetime timer.
Caution:
Master clear
erases all user-downloaded content
and user-entered information
stored in your phone’s
memory, including address book and calendar entries. After
you erase the information, you cannot recover it. Master clear
does
not
delete any information stored on the SIM card.

in the application launcher screen, then tap
Master Clear
.

Enter your security code when prompted, and then tap
OK
.

to confirm that you want to perform master clear.
Tip:
Tap
Cancel
to exit without performing the master clear
procedure.
