State definite shipping instructions.

claim
for
loss
or
damage
to
your unit
in
transit should
be
filed
promptly against
the
transportation company making
the
delivery. Shipments
are
complete unless
the
packing list indicates items
are
back ordered.

due

the
confusion resulting from fluctuating costs,
import duties, sales taxes, exchange rates,
etc.
