2. Go to Preferences > Electronic Hook Switch.
3. Press the Enable softkey.
4. Select Home to exit Preferences and confirm your selection.
Disable Electronic Hookswitch
Disable electronic hook switch (EHS) support for supported DHSG wireless headsets.
Procedure
1. Select Home .
2. Go to Preferences > Electronic Hook Switch.
3. Press the Disable softkey.
4. Select Home to exit Preferences and confirm your selection.
Change Your Preferred Audio Device
Specify the device (speakerphone or an attached headset) to use when you make or receive a call
without lifting the handset or pressing the speaker/headset button. The default setting is speakerphone.
Procedure
1. Select Home .
2. Go to Preferences > Preferred Audio Device.
3. Press Enter to toggle the preferred audio device.
4. Select Home to exit Preferences and confirm your selection.
