14 Declaration of Conformity
We declare under our sole responsibility
that this product is in conformity with the
following standards or standardization doc-
uments:
EN 55 014-1, EN 55 014-2, EN 60 745-1,
EN 60 745-2-13, EN 61 000-3-2, EN 61 000-3-3
according to the provisions of the regula-
tions stipulated in Directive 98/37/EC (until
28 Dec. 2009), 2006/42/EC (from 29 Dec.
2009), 2004/108/EC, 2000/14/EC.
15 Service
Any repairs during and after the warranty period shall be performed by the service cen-
tres listed.
15.1 Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The machine will not run No power supply Check the safety fuses and
the power cords
Worn brushes Replace the brushes
Stuck switch Press the unblocking button
When overloaded Check the safety fuses
The cut is not clean; the
chain goes to the side
Moves into cut too far Reduce the movement
Blunt tool Sharpen the chain or
replace it with a new one
The chain is not sharpened
properly
Replace the chain with a
new one
Strong force required to
move the machine into
the cut:
The supporting area of the
runner is dirty
Clean it
Blunt tool Sharpen the chain or
replace it with a new one
Different qualities of wood Adjust the size of the
movement into the cut
Moves into cut too far Reduce the movement
The chain is not lubri-
cated:
Blocked lubrication grooves
on the guide bar
Clean the guide bar
Defective oil feed pump Replace the pump (at an
authorised service centre)
Empty oil reservoir Replenish chain oil
The machine’s inner oil chan-
nels are clogged or the bio oil
has solidifi ed
Clean the machine (at an
authorised service centre)
