Reception Time
You can have the date, time, and file
number printed at the bottom of the
document when it is received. You
can turn this function on or off using
Reception Settings. See p.147 “Recep-
tion Settings”.
Note
❒ When a received document is printed
on two or more sheets, the reception
time is printed on the last page.
❒ The time when the document was
printed can also be recorded on the
document. If you need this func-
tion, contact your service represen-
tative.
Two-Sided Printing
You can have a received document
printed on both sides of a sheet. You
can turn this function on or off using
Reception Settings. See p.147 “Recep-
tion Settings”.
Limitation
❒ To use this function, all pages of
the received document must be of
the same size—inform the sending
party of this beforehand if neces-
sary. You must also have paper set
in the machine of the same size as
that sent by the sending party. In
Two–Sided Printing, this machine
will correctly receive in A3L, B4
