Printing the Records Manually
To print the records manually, select a printing method: [All], [Print per File No.], [Print per User], or
[Specified Print Period].
All
Prints the results of communications in order made.
Print per File No.
Prints only the results of communications specified by file number.
Print per User
Prints the results of communications by individual senders.
Specified Print Period
Prints the communication results in the specified time period.
