Preparing Robomow
P Reinsert Manual Controller.
Adjust the controller and its coil until it is at level with top of Robomow.
P For Robomow RL2000, follow the
instructions below to start the test:
For Robomow RL555/855,
press the
down scroll
arrow for the ‘Manual
User Options’ and follow
Robomow’s instructions.
P Walk along the side of Robomow while it is following the edge.
P If, at any point the mower is too close to outer object (e.g. walls, fences),
or the bumper hits such objects, move the wire slightly towards the
interior, away from the obstacle.
P Retest, until you are satisfied with the Perimeter Wire’s layout.
P Once complete, add pegs to all wire’s sections that are above the level of
grass tips or removed from ground level.
P c This is the time to inspect the whole wire installation for tripping
hazard. Any raised or loose section of the wire should be tightened and
pegged down with extra wire pegs.
If needed, purchase extra pegs.
