Counter grounds collector (option)
The Schaerer Coffee Art can also be equipped with a counter grounds collector. Coffee grounds are col-
lected in a container underneath the counter.

Intended use
The Schaerer Coffee Art has been designed to dispense coffee beverages, milk beverages and/or pow-
dered beverages (toppings & chocolate) in different versions – in cups or coffeepots. Additionally, the unit
can supply steam for heating up milk and/or hot water. This unit is designed for industrial and commercial
use. The unit may be placed in self-service areas if attended to by trained personnel.
Use of this equipment is subject to the «General Terms and Conditions» of Schaerer Ltd. and these op-
erating instructions. In legal terms, any other use is not an intended use. The manufacturer accepts no
liability for damage resulting from unintended use.
The Schaerer Coffee Art may not under any circumstances be used to heat up or dispense any
other liquids than coffee, hot water (for beverages or cleaning) or milk (cooled, pasteurised, ho-
mogenised, UHT).
