TROUBLESHOOTING
“HELLO” is displayed in the front panel
display when the AC power cord is
plugged into the AC outlet.
The cable of 9 pin connecting the
POWER board and the MAIN board is
inserted properly.

The cable of 15 pin connecting the
MAIN board and the DISPLAY board is
inserted properly.
NG
Insert the cable into the correct position.
NG
Insert the cable into the correct position.

Replace the POWER board.
“HELLO” is displayed.

OK
It can turn the power on by pressing the
[1] button on the remote commandar.
OK
“PLEASE WAIT” is displayed, and
complete.

Replace the DISPLAY board.

The voltage of the following is +21.5 V.
POWER board: CN901 pin 1 to 4 or
MAIN board: CN100 pin 1 to 4
1. Starting up (SA-WS20R)
2. TOUCH KEY board does not work (SA-WS20R)
The cable of 7 pin connecting the
DISPLAY board and the TOUCH KEY
board is inserted properly.

Check the disconnection of cable, and
repair it.
Insert the cable into the correct position.

Replace the TOUCH KEY board.
