ENGINE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE
Change the engine oil and oil filter at
the scheduled times. The engine
should always be warm when the oil
is changed so the oil will drain easily.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Park the vehicle on level ground.
2. Remove the fasteners and cover.
3. Remove the oil filler cap 1.
4. Remove the drain plug 2 from the
bottom of the engine and drain the
oil into a drain pan.

5. Turn the oil filter 3 counterclock-
wise with a Suzuki “cap type” oil
filter wrench or a “strap type” filter
wrench of the proper size.
WARNING
Oil can be hazardous.
Children or pets may be harmed
from contact with oil.
Keep children and pets away from
oil. Dispose of used oil properly.
