28VDC Operating Circuit (Optional)
“FAULT LATCHED,
VOLTS LOW”.
A. A faulty connection to the coil
of the input contactor (terminals
X+ and Y- on K19) to the TR.
B. The contactor (K19) is faulty.
B. Test the contactor in question
by applying 24VDC across its coil
(X+ and Y- terminals). Replace
the failed contactor if it does not
C. A faulty connection to the
transformer T4 exists.
D. A faulty connection to the diode
assembly (D3) exists.
E. A poor ground connection
exists between the generator
neutral and 28VDC negative bus.
F. A poor connection exists
between the GCM and the voltage
G. A poor connection exists
between the GCM and the
H. The DC voltage setting within
the GCM is too low.
H. Increase the setting. Refer to
TLD 102-00688.

VOLTS HIGH”.
A. A poor ground connection
exists between the generator
neutral and 28VDC negative bus.
B. A faulty connection exists
between the GCM and the voltage
C. The DC voltage setting within
the GCM is too high.
C. Decrease the setting. Refer to
TLD 102-00688.
