grease

parts

install
them to the distributive head:

Plunger
spring
guides

Plunger
spring shims
(3)
Upper spring seats

Lever
support springs
(5)
New
O-ring
(b)
lnstall
the distributive head.
NOTICE: Be
careful not to
damage
the
pump plunger.
(c)
lnstall and
torque the
four
bolts.
Torque: 12O kg-cm
(9
ft-lb, 12 N.m)
11. INSTALL FOUR
DELIVERY VALVE HOLDERS
(a)
lnstall four new
gaskets
and
the
valves into
the
distributive head.
(b)
lnstall
the spring
seats
and
springs
into
the delivery
valve holders.
(c)
Using
SST,
install
and torque the delivery valve
holders.
