1. Open the case (see
Opening the Case).
2. Remove display (see
Display Replacement).
3. Remove main board
(see Main Board
Removal and Install).
4. Remove optics block
(see Optics Block
Removal).
5. Cut the tie wrap holding
the pump filter in place
using a side cutter.
6. Slide the pump assembly
up and out of the
mounting foam block.
7. Remove the pump
assembly from service

8. Insert pump into foam.
9. Connect pump assembly to laser assembly.
