Configure the Central Phonebook
Basic Configuration
The basic configuration requires system administrator or administrator rights. With user rights
you will only be able to access and configure the Central Phonebook. Refer to Authentication
Levels and Default Password on page 13.
Configure the Central Phonebook
The central phonebook makes it possible for users to search and find phonebook entries from a
handset in the system. The entries can be added manually (Add Entries to the Central Phone-
book on page 20) or by importing a file containing the entries (Import Entries to the Central
Phonebook from a CSV File on page 21).

Add Entries to the Central Phonebook
The entries in the central phonebook can be filled in manually.
1) Click “Phonebook” on the start page.
2) Select Phonebook > Edit on the Configuration page.
3) Click “Add” and enter the information needed in the text fields as described below.

4) Enter the following settings in the text fields:
• Last Name: the family name
• First Name: the first (given) name
• Number: the telephone number
5) To add several rows click “Add” again.
