Identification (01_19, 01_20, 01_21)
The identification registration numbers consist of a prefix followed by a number stam-
ped on both the chassis «A» and the engine «B». These numbers must always be
indicated on spare parts requests. To read the chassis number, lift the saddle and
remove the helmet compartment «C». We recommend checking that the chassis reg-
istration number stamped on the vehicle corresponds with that on the vehicle docu-
mentation.

BE REMINDED THAT ALTERING IDENTIFICATION REGISTRATION NUMBERS
CAN LEAD TO SERIOUS PENAL SANCTIONS (IMPOUNDING OF THE VEHICLE,
ETC.).
