screen always visualizes 'Low'

Menu-> Set point Temperature-> Unit temperatures. Read the second line: unit temperatures
The other unit

Check for damage of the connection cable to the static relay or if it is inverted.
Check that the LED of the X unit lights up correctly.
Using a tester, check that the reading of the X unit relay is always at 0V.
Check/substitute the unit’s resistance
Check/substitute the unit’s sensor
Substitute the cable
