Bringing Out of Storage
After Short-Term Storage
When launching your boat after short-term storage,
always carry out the steps provided in the following
checklist:
Check fuel system for leaks. If present
correct before proceeding.
DANGER!
Explosion and fire hazard. If fuel or fuel
vapors are present this must be corrected
before continuing the procedure.
Check battery for correct charge. Reinstall if
removed.
Check all oil and fluid levels and fill as
necessary.
Check drive and transom shield anodes.
Clean or replace as necessary.
