Operation
Starting with the drive interlock (option)
After you have completed the starting preparations:
☞ Approach the transponder key to about 2 cm from the emitter/receiver unit E
☞ The machine can be started as soon as the red indicator light L goes out
☞ Now insert the ignition key within 30 seconds in the preheating start switch 25 and turn
the ignition key at least in position „1“
☞ Check whether all indicator lights illuminate:
☞ Replace malfunctioning indicator lights immediately.
☞ Turn the starting key to position “2” and hold it in this position for about 5 seconds
➥ The intake air is preheated
☞ Turn the starting key to position “3” and hold it in this position until the engine starts
➥ If the engine does not start after 10 seconds
☞ Interrupt the start procedure and try again after about 1 minute
➥ If the engine still does not start after the second try
☞ Contact a Wacker Neuson service center for troubleshooting
➥ As soon as the engine runs:
☞ Release the starting key
Starting with the drive interlock – internal transponder (option) (from serial number AG00673)
A = operator’s key (blue key)
For starting the machine. Scope of delivery includes 2 keys.
B = master key (red key)
Store the master key in a safe place. It is only used for coding new keys.
All keys are deleted if the key remains in position 1 for more than 20 seconds. A
new immobilizer must be installed if the master key is lost.
