Selecting Operating Modes
SELECTING OPERATING MODE
1) Press the MODE button until the desired mode
appears.
2) Press the control knob to confirm the mode.
Example:
1) Press the MODE button until you reach auto steam
bake mode. ‘Auto Steam Bake—Rack 2 or 1+3’
appears in the text display. The recommended temper-
ature flashes in the upper left digital display. The auto
steam bake and temperature symbols flash.
2) Press the control knob to confirm. ‘Auto Steam Bake—
Steam phase’ followed by ‘Auto Steam Bake—Hot air
phase’ appears in the text display.
CHANGING OPERATING MODE
1) Press the OFF button. The selected operating mode is
ended.
2) Press the MODE button to select a new operating
mode.
Selecting Temperature
A
fter a cooking mode is selected, the temperature can
be set.
SELECTING COOKING SPACE TEMPERATURE
1) Press the TEMP button.
2) Turn the control knob to set the desired cooking space
temperature and press to select.
3) Once the mode has started, you can press the TEMP
button and turn the control knob to change the temper-
ature. Press the control knob to select the temperature.
