Indicators
The computer has several easy-to-read status indicators. The following indicators are visible even when the
computer cover is closed.

Hard disk bay- Main Houses the computer’s hard disk (secured with screws)
6 Speakers Left and right speakers deliver stereo audio output.

Icon Function Description
Communication key Enables/disables the computer’s communication devices.
(Communication devices may vary by configuration.)
Backup key Launches Acer Backup Management for three-step data
backup.
HDD indicator Indicates when the hard disk drive is active.
Power Indicates the computer is on or off.
