3.3.3. CHECKING THE BY-PASS
• Check the free length of the spring.
Standard length: 54.2 mm.
• Check that piston is free from scoring.
• Make sure that piston can run smoothly along casing
and that sufficient sealing is ensured.
• If necessary, remove foreign bodies or change the
faulty parts.
