Classification of mechanical environmental conditions 3M11
Tab. 7-1: Allowed classes of environmental conditions during operation
For a better overview, some essential environmental influencing variables of
the previously mentioned classifications are listed. Unless otherwise speci‐
fied, the specified values are the values of the particular class. However,
Bosch Rexroth reserves the right to adjust these values at any time based on
future experiences or changed environmental factors.

7.2.2 Installation altitude
The BA1N energy storage device performance data specified are applicable
for
● Installation altitudes from 0 m to 1000 m above sea level
● Ambient temperatures ranging from 0 °C to +40 °C
The performance data of energy storage devices used outside of the above
ranges is reduced according to the following figure.
① Usability to capacity, depending on the surrounding air temper‐
ature
② Usability to capacity, depending on the installation altitude

If either the ambient temperature or the installation altitude is above the nomi‐
nal data:
1. Multiply the data specified in the selection data by the determined uti‐
lization factor.
2. Ensure that the reduced data are not exceeded by your application.
