Σύστηα προστασία του λέβητα Boiler protection devices
PIGMA/PIGMA SYSTEM
Συνθήκε επλοκή του λέβητα
Ο λέβητα προστατεύεται από δυσλειτουργίε ε διαγνωστικού
ελέγχου από την ηλεκτρονική πλακέτα η οποία επεβαίνει σε
περίπτωση που είναι αναγκαία η επλοκή ασφαλεία. Σε περίπτωση
επλοκή στην οθόνη εφανίζεται ένα κωδικό και η περιγραφή που
αναφέρεται στον τύπο τη επλοκή και στην αιτία που την προκάλεσε.
Υπάρχουν δύο τύποι επλοκή.
Επλοκή ασφαλεία
Το σφάλα αυτό είναι «προσωρινό», πράγα που
σηαίνει ότι αποκαθίσταται αυτόατα όταν πάψει η
αιτία που το προκάλεσε.
Η οθόνη θα δείξει «Err” και τον κωδικό σφάλατο
(π.χ Err/110) να αναβοσβήνει ενώ το σύβολο
εφανίζεται.
Μόλι πάψει η αιτία που προκάλεσε την επλοκή. ο
λέβητα ανάβει και αποκαθίσταται η λειτουργία του.
Εάν η οθόνη επισηαίνει ακόη την επλοκή ασφαλεία,
σβήστε το λέβητα, γυρίστε τον εξωτερικό διακόπτη στη
θέση OFF, κλείστε τη βάνα αερίου και απευθυνθείτε σε εξειδικευένο
τεχνικό.
Παύση ασφαλεία λόγω ανεπαρκού κυκλοφορία νερού
Σε περίπτωση ανεπαρκού κυκλοφορία του νερού στο
κύκλωα θέρανση ο λέβητα επισηαίνει ια παύση
ασφαλεία Err/103 - βλέπε Πίνακα Σφαλάτων.
Μπορείτε να αποκαταστήσετε το σύστηα
ενσωατώνοντα το νερό έσω τη στρόφιγγα
πλήρωση που βρίσκεται κάτω από το λέβητα.
Ελέγξτε την πίεση στο υδρόετρο και κλείστε τη
στρόφιγγα όλι φτάσει στα 1 - 1,5 bar.
Αν το αίτηα αποκατάσταση είναι συχνό, σβήστε
το λέβητα, φέρτε τον εξωτερικό ηλεκτρικό διακόπτη
σε θέση OFF, κλείστε τη στρόφιγγα του αερίου και επικοινωνήστε
ε έναν ειδικευένο τεχνικό για να διαπιστώσετε την παρουσία
ενδεχόενων απωλειών νερού.
Appliance shut-o conditions
The boiler is protected from malfunctions by means of internal
checks performed by the electronic P.C.B., which stops the boiler
from operating if necessary. In the event of the boiler being shut o
in this manner, a code appears on the control panel display which
refers to the type of shut-o and the reason behind it.
Two types of shut-o may occur:
Safety shut-o
This type of error is “volatile”, which means that the
boiler starts up again automatically as soon as the
problem which caused the shut-o is removed; Err”
and the error code (e.g. Err/110) )  ash on the display
and the symbol appears.
In fact, soon as the cause of the shut-o disappears,
the boiler starts up again and continues to operate
normally.
If the boiler still indicates a safety shut-o , switch it
o . Make sure the external electric switch is in the OFF
position, shut o the gas valve and contact a quali ed technician.
Safety shut-o due to insu cient water circulation
If the water circulation inside the heating circuit is
insu cient, the boiler will perform a safety shut-o .
On the display  ash “Err” and the code - Err/103 - for
Insu cient circulation -- see the error table.
Check the water pressure on the pressure gauge and
make sure that is between 0.6 and1.5 bar when the
system is cold. If the pressure is just under the minimum
re ll the system by open the valve under the boiler.
If the pressure drops very frequently, there may be a
water leak at some point in the system. If this is the case
a plumber should be contacted.
ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ
Εάν η εμπλοκή επαναλαμβάνεται συχνά, απευθυνθείτε στο
εξουσιοδοτημένο Σέρβις.
Για λόγους ασφαλείας ο λέβητας επιτρέπει έως 5 προσπάθειες
απεμπλοκής σε 15 λεπτά (πιέσεις του πλήκτρου ).
Σε περίπτωση που η εμπλοκή είναι σποραδική ή μεμονωμένο
γεγονός δεν αποτελεί πρόβλημα.
Important
If this shutdown occurs frequently, contact an authorised service
centre for assistance. For safety reasons, the boiler will allow
a maximum of 5 reset operations to take place in 15 minutes
(individual presses of the RESET button).
If the shutdown is occasional or an isolated event, this is not
Necessarily a problem.
Επλοκή λειτουργία
Το σφάλα αυτό δεν είναι «προσωρινό»,
πράγα που σηαίνει ότι η λειτουργία δεν
αποκαθίσταται αυτόατα.
Στην οθόνη αναβοσβήνει το σφάλα ε
τον κωδικό του (π.χ RESET/501) και
εφανίζεται το RESET ε το σύβολο
.
Στην περίπτωση αυτή ο λέβητα δεν
ξεκινάει αυτόατα και θα πορεί να
απεπλακεί όνο έσω τη πίεση του
,κουπιού RESET
Εάν το πρόβληα επαναλαβάνεται ετά από κάποιε προσπάθειε
απεπλοκή, απευθυνθείτε σε εξειδικευένο τεχνικό.
Operation shutdown
This type of error is “non-volatile”,
which means that it is not removed
automatically.
On the display  ash Err and the error
code (es. Err/501), and appears RESET
whit the symbol
.
In this case the boiler does not restart
automatically, but it may be reset by
pressing the RESET button.
If the problem manifests itself again
after several attempts to reset the
appliance, contact a quali ed technician.
