Configuring via Web-based Interface
Auto Provision
On the System / Auto Provision page, you can enable the Auto Provision function.
The Auto Provision function allows your ISP to manage the device’s settings remotely: DAP-1620
connects to the ISP’s server, compares the current configuration file with the configuration file
stored on this server, and updates its settings if the files are different.

You can specify the following parameters:
Parameter Description
Enable Auto Provision
Move the switch to the right to enable the Auto Provision function.
If the Static value is selected from the Mode of local IP
address assignment list on the Connections Setup / LAN
page, the Gateway IP address field should also be filled in.
Move the switch to the left to disable the Auto Provision function.
