F7 – Show group number
System
When this function is entered on any MPCII,
the group number for each cow in the
parlour is displayed on corresponding
MPCII. By walking round the parlour and
looking at each MPCII display, it is easy to
verify if all cows that are being
simultaneously milked belong to the same
group or not.
To finish, press F and ENTER, or wait 30
seconds for time-out.
F8 – Deactivates retraction
System and stand-alone
Local function, used for maintenance
purposes. The cluster is let down.
Prepare for cleaning. Milk cluster release
without effect on EP or PSO.
Note! Release cluster button has the same
function in stand-by mode as function F8
has in milk mode.
F9 – Open memory
System
Example:
On the MPCII, press F9↑, and program the
password of the system processor to open
the memory, before any data can be
entered. The memory is closed by pressing
F, 0, and ↑, or wait 15 minutes for time-out.
Note! To change values in read/write
functions, press F9 ↑ + password to utilise
the other function.
F11 – Transponder / group number
System
This function shows transponder number
and group number for the cow standing at
the MPCII where this function is entered.
This is a read only function, not
programmable.
