7.5 Displayed Washer Faults

Code
Descripon
DOOR LOCK ERROR Door Lock Error Condion
This error is when the Door Locked signal is
not received within one second aer the start
of the cycle. Aer three aempts to start the
washer.
Delay Immediate
Acon
When the error occurs, the Door Lock Motor
will be turned off; all other outputs will be
turned off.
Soluon
Check VFD fault light. Check to hear if door
motor engaged. Turn off the power to the
washer. Check wire connecons to door /lock
switches. Check wire connecons from
switches to controller. Check P-4 Door/Lock
wire connecons at PCB controller. Adjust the
door lock mechanism. (See on line service
manual or video)
SLOW FILL ERROR Slow Fill Error Condion
This error is when a low water level is not
reach within 7 minutes.
Delay Immediate
Acon The washer cycle will connue
Soluon
Turn off the power to the washer. Check the
operaon of the water valves. Check the
incoming water pressure. Check for blocked or
restricted water flow. Check to ensure the
drain valve is funconing properly.
MEMORY ERROR
Checksum or
Out of Range
Condion
Memory error in the controller. The memory
checksum is wrong or a parameter value is out
of range.
Error Delay Immediate
Acon Stop the washer and turn off all the outputs.
Soluon
Check VFD fault light before turning off power.
Try a so Reset of the controller with the
white buon. If problem persist replace PCB
controller.
COMM ERROR1 I2C Bus Error Condion
Washer controller communicaon error on the
I2C bus. Both the main slave micro and the
master micro can be in this error state. The
slave micro error is recoverable at any me, if
I2C communicaon resumes. The master micro
error is permanent.
Delay
The main slave starts displaying this error aer
6 seconds of no (valid) I2C acvity. The master
micro goes into this permanent error state
aer 8 seconds of no (valid) I2C acvity
Acon Stop the washer and turn off all outputs.
