5.4 Fuse replacement (DX version only)
If the fuse must be replaced the replacement fuse must conform to the following specification: Guaranteed not to
trip at 10A in less than 1 hour and guaranteed to trip at 20A in less than 30 secs. Replacement fuses are available
from Edwards D39751830 DX PROFIBUS SPARE FUSE X2.
Replacement is a simple task. Remove power to the module, then remove the two rear panel screws and slide out
the pcb (with the rear panel attached). The fuse can be removed and replaced. The PCB should be secured back
inside the module housing before power is reapplied.
