7.1 Maintenance schedule
Before starting work shift Check the hydraulic lines for leaks.
Check that the pipe clamps on the carrier are tight.
Check the bolted connections at the adapter plate and tighten as required.
Clean display.
Check the wear limit of the wear ring of the magnet plate.
Check the connecting cable of the magnet plate for damage.
Check the fixing of the magnet plate.
HM 1500 M, HM 2000 M: Check chain
during and after the first 50 oper-
ating hours
Tighten the screw connections daily during the first 50 operating hours.
Replace the oil filter cartridges after the first 50 operating hours.
weekly Check the bolted connections and tighten as required.
Check the adapter plate for cracks.
every 500 operating hours Check the oil filter and replace as required.
if necessary Replace bent and damaged pipes.
Replace damaged hoses.
Check the adapter plate bolts for wear.
every 20,000 operating hours Have both ball-bearings of the generator replaced. Contact the Epiroc Customer
Center / dealer in your area.
