Application Development Information
This chapter describes how to control the printer and gives information useful for printer
application development.
How to Control the Printer
Use ePOS-Print API and ePOS-Print XML to control the printer. For detail, see the appropriate
manual for details.
Software and Manuals
The following software and manuals are provided for application development.
To use the utilities, connect the printer with a PC for setting via the Micro-USB cable.
Connecting the printer with a PC via a network is not possible. (Firmware Ver.1 or Ver.2)
To use the TM-T88V Utility, connect the printer with a PC for setting via the Micro-USB
cable or LAN cable. Connecting the printer with a PC via an wireless LAN is not possi-
ble. (Firmware Ver.3)
After using the utilities, be sure to turn off the printer, and then turn it on.
Software/Manual Description
TM Flash LOGO Setup Utility for NVRAM
(TM-FLOGO)
Use to register data such as shop logos in the NV
memory of the printer.
Memory Switch Setting Utility Use to change the memory switch and customized
value.

methods used for this product.
ePOS-Print XML User’s Manual See this manual for details about the ePOS-Print XML
system configuration and application development
methods used for this product.
TM-i series WebConfig API User’s Manual See this manual when you use API to set or check the
settings for the TM-T70-i (firmware version 2.00 or later).
TM-i series PHP Setup Manual See this manual when you establish the environment
where you use the PHP function and store data in micro
SD cards with the TM-T70-i (firmware version 2.00 or later).
