• The injector now uses a more robust one
piece seal to replace the two previously
us ed for the center position. No change
was made to the Injector.
• This change was Incorporated as of engine
serial number 642092.
Note: The O·rlngs are to be used when
servicing all previous DIT engines. 0-rlng
will fit loosely In groove.

T he new reservoir has the fuel filter
assembly mounted to It via two bolts that
pass through the housing.
Note: These bolts are not open to oil and
must be removed for removal and
installation of fuel filter assembly. In·
chassis fuel filter assembly removal does
not require reservoir removal.

The oil reservoir Is now a two-piece design
which allows for reservoir cleaning when
required, such
as during an engine
overhaul.
• The reseMllr top is auached by six bolts
and is sealed by a one piece molded
silicone gasket.
