How to Calibrate a Dosing Pump
A dosing pump must be calibrated every time the selected doser’s pump speed is changed.
It should also be calibrated before the GHL Doser is used for the first time.
Before calibrating be sure to have the following ready:
● A 50ml or greater graduated cylinder or beaker to measure fluid dispensed.
○ For Maxi dosers, be sure to have a measuring instrument that holds more than
350ml.
● A container to draw fluid
