Q: Does the dosing pump require regular maintenance?
A: Yes. We recommend the dosing pump heads be cleaned every 3 months to ensure max
performance and reliability.
Q: How do I clean the dosing pump heads?
A: (For Doser 2) Carefully remove the dosing pump head by pinching the clips on the left and
right side of the head. Gently pull the head towards you. Open the doser head by pinching the
top and bottom clips to expose the rollers.
A: (For Doser 2.1) Use an Allen wrench to remove the screws holding the dosing head in-place.
When cleaning, use warm water and a small amount of soap. Reassemble parts and attach to
the doser.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: 2 years from date of purchase.
Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: Internal components. The GHL Doser will not be covered under warranty if we determine
that the issue was caused from mishandling or water damage. Refer to our primary manual for
more information on warranty.
