Connect the throttle position sensor 3P (Black) con·
nector.
Install the shock absor be r u pp er mounting bolt and
nut.
Tight en the upper mounting n ut to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 44 N'm
14 .5 kgf·m, 32 Ibf.ft)
L owe r the sub-frame and connect the air cleaner !1'.;,:~
co nn ecting boot securely. ~ ,
Tighten the sub- fr a me moun ting bolts to the speci·
fied torq ue.
TORQUE ('05 - '07):
Upper : 30 N'm (3.1 kgf ·m, 22 Ibf.ft)
lower : 49 N'm (5 .0 kgf ·m, 36 Ibf.ft)
TORQUE
(After '07):
Upp er/ lo we r: 49 N'm (5 .0 kgf·m, 36 IbUt)
Tighten the air cleaner connecting boot band scr ew P --"
securely.
Install
the following:
- Muffler ('OS - '07: page 3·9, After '07: page 3-11)
- Fuel tank (page 3-8)

Seat (page 3-3)
After installation, ch eck the f ollowi ng:
- Secondary air leak aro und the insulator and co n-
necting boot
- Fuel leaks ar ound the fu el hose and car buretor
- Route the overflow hose, air vent hoses and fuel
hose properly ('05 - '07: page '-25, Afte r '07:
page 1·32).
- Throttle operat ion (page 4-9)
- Hot start
