JET NEEDLE/ THROTTLE VALVE
Disconnect
the
fuel hose,
air
vent
hoses
and
over-
flow
hose.
Release the throttle position sensor
wire
from the
clamp.
Remove
the
bolts, clamp,
top
cover
and O-ring.
'05,
'06: Remove the needle
holder
and j
et
needle.
After '06: Remove the
jet
needle/holder assembly.
'05, '06: Check
the
jet
needle
for
wear
, nicks
or
other
dam-
age.
