REPLACEMENT
Remove the water pump shaft bearing using the r::::!': o::::-:::~
special tools.
TOOLS:
Bearing remover se t, 1 2mm
- Remover weight
- Remover head, 12 mm
- Rem over sha ft

Check the oil seal for damage or d ete ri oration,
replace it if necessary (page 7-12 ),
Remove the mechanical and oil seals from the ri ght
cr ankcase cover .
Apply grease to the oil seal lips.
Install II new oil seal into the right crankcase as
s hown .
