COOLING SYSTEM
Install the water pump shaft into the right crankcase
cover.
Install the washer and impeller onto the water pump
shaft.
Install the right crankcase cover (page 11 -6).
Tighten the impeller to th e specified torque.
TORQUE: 12 N'm 11.2 kgf ·m, 9Ibf.ft)
Install a new O-ring onto the water pump cover.
Install the dowel pin .

Install the water pump cover and tighten the bolts :;~ :; ;;
securely.
Install the drain bolt and a new sealing washer .
Tighten
the drain bolt securely.
