12.Install the dust shield onto the axle shaft while aligning the slot
in the shield with the spring.
Ensure the spring tab is properly inserted into the slot, and that
all four plastic tabs on the dust shield are clipped onto the axle
plate securely.
13.Apply grease to the wheel shaft, and then install the rear wheel
and tighten the flange nut.
Rotate the wheel to be sure the rear wheel gear is fully
engaged into the pinion gear before tightening the flange nut.
