Parameter Description Setting
Answer Mode Specifies how your TE30 handles
an incoming call.
l Manual: Your TE30 prompts
you to handle the incoming call.
l Answer call automatically:
Your TE30 automatically
answers the incoming call when
not being used in a conference.
The default value is Manual.
Open do not
disturb right
Specifies whether the do-not-
disturb function is available to all
users.
This function prevents users from
being disturbed by incoming calls.
If this function is enabled, common
users can enable or disable the do-
not-disturb function under
Advanced Settings > Utilities.
This parameter is selected by
default.
Mute local
audio for
answered calls
Specifies whether the TE30 turns
off all the sounds generated at your
site when your TE30 joins a
conference. If you select this
parameter, no remote site can hear
your site.
This parameter is deselected by
default.
Call parameter
configuration
Specifies whether to display a
dialog box for setting the call type
and rate when you initiate a point-
to-point call. If you do not select this
parameter, your TE30 uses the
default call type and rate.
This parameter is deselected by
default.
Site called
during startup
Specifies the site your TE30
automatically calls after startup.
l None: The TE30 does not call
any sites.
l Select site from address book:
The TE30 displays the address
book screen from which you can
specify the site you want your
TE30 to call after its startup.
The default value is None.
Wi-Fi network
preferred
Specifies whether to prioritize a Wi-
Fi network when both wireless and
wired networks are available.
This parameter is available only
when Wi-Fi is enabled. For details,
see 3.4 Setting Wi-Fi Parameters.
This parameter is deselected by
default.
