4. The engine is now ready to start. If the engine runs smoothly for a short time and then begins to run roughly,
leave at idle until it runs smoothly.
4.1. If the engine continues to run roughly, check again for air in the fuel system.
4.2. If the fault persists contact your nearest JCB dealer.
Check (Leaks)
1. Make the machine safe.
2. Get access to the engine compartment.
Refer to: Access Apertures (Page 90).
3. Check the engine compartment, fuel lines and the area below for leaks.
4. Start the engine.
5. While the engine is running check the engine compartment, fuel lines and the area below for leaks.
6. If necessary, contact your JCB dealer.
