31.上送り押え圧の調節
/

ADJUSTING THE WALKING FOOT PRESSURE /
上送布压脚压力的调节
1)縫い終りに上布が下布より短い場合、上送り調節ダイヤルを
左(−)側に回して調整してください。
2)縫い終りに上布が下布より長い場合、上送り調節ダイヤルを
右(＋)側に回して調整してください。
[いせ込み縫い]
1)B タイプ ( かき込み型 ) のゲージを使用し、上送り調節ダイヤ
ルを右(＋)側に回します。
2)上送り量を大きくすることにより、いせ込み縫いができます。
( 注意 )上送り量が 4mm 以上で使用する場合は、回転数 3,500sti/
min 以下に落として使用してください。
1) If the upper cloth is shorter than the lower cloth at sewing end,
turn the top feed adjusting dial counter-clockwise (in the direction
of "–") to correct it.
2)
If the upper cloth is longer than the lower cloth at sewing end, turn the
top feed adjusting dial clockwise (in the direction of "+") to correct it.
[ Shirring ]
1) To perform shirring, use a B-type (rake-in type) gauge, and turn
the top feed adjusting dial clockwise (in the direction of "+").
2) By increasing the top feed amount, you can perform shirring.
(Precaution) If You have set the top feed amount at 4 mm or more,
drop the sewing speed to 3,500 sti/min or less.
1)上送り押え調節つまみ❶を押し込み、右へ回すと
上送り押え圧は強くなり、左へ回すと上送り押え
圧は弱くなります。( 上送り押え調節つまみを押
し込み、しっかり噛み合った状態にて回してくだ
さい。)
2)上送り押え圧は上送り押え調節つまみ❶を押し
込んだ時、押え調節ナット❷の白線に押え調節ね
じの丸穴の中の止め輪❸ ( 銀色 ) が一致した位置
が標準です。

1) 在缝制结束上布比下布短时 , 请向左(－)侧转
动上送布调节盘进行调整。
2) 在缝制结束上布比下布长时 , 请向右(＋)侧转
动上送布调节盘进行调整。
[ 归拢缝制 ]
1) 使用B型(记入型)的规格零件 , 向右(＋)侧
转动上送布调节盘。
2) 增大上送布量 , 可以进行归拢缝制。
( 注意 ) 上送布量设为 4mm 以上时 , 请把转速降到
3,500sti/min 以下。
1) 按压上送布压脚调节旋钮

变小。( 上送布压脚调节旋钮应用力按压咬住后再
转动。)
2) 上送布压脚标准压力是把上送布压脚调节旋钮
