PF-6局部いせ込み装置
/PARTIAL SHIRRING DEVICE PF-6 /
PF-6 局部归拢装置
(DLU-5490N, DLU-5490N-7, DLU-5490NE-7)
1.オイルパンの組み付け
PF-6 を別途購入した場合は、オイルパンを左図の
ように組み替えてください。
1)ひざ当て回転腕❶をひざ当て横軸❷に取り付け
る場合、ひざ当て回転腕六角ボルト❸をひざ当て
横軸のねじ穴に合せて締めてください。
2)スラストカラーをねじ❹にてひざ当て横軸❷の
平部に合わせて締めてください。
3)組付後、ひざ上げ横軸❷がスムーズに回転するか
確認し、スムーズに回転しない場合は、スラスト
カラーの止め位置を再調整してください。

Assembling the oil pan
If you have purchased the optional PF-6, change the
current state of the oil pan assembly as illustrated. (The

. Fit hexagonal bolt

pad rotating arm into the screw hole in the knee pad
horizontal shaft. Then tighten the bolt.
2) Attach the thrust collar to the fl at section of knee
pad horizontal shaft

and fi x it in place using

3) After assembly, check that knee pad horizontal shaft

rotates smoothly. If it does not rotate smoothly,
readjust the position of the thrust collar.
2.局部いせ込み装置の組み付け
1)テーブル裏面❶に木ねじ❷の案内穴 4ヵ所
をあけます。
2)ワイヤーチューブ案内❸をテーブル裏面より
に木ねじ❷で取り付けます。
3)局部いせ込みワイヤーセット❹を に木ねじ❺
で取り付けます。
4)PF-6 用オイルパンをテーブルに取り付けます。

3) Attach partial shirring wire assembly

4) Install the oil reservoir for the PF-6 to the machine
table.

另外购买了 PF-6 后 , 如左图所示安装油槽。
1) 膝顶旋转臂

安装到膝顶横轴

上时 , 把膝顶旋
转臂六角螺栓

插到膝顶横轴的螺丝孔里 , 然后
拧紧固定。
2) 用螺丝

把套环安装到膝顶横轴

拧紧。
3) 组装后。请确认膝顶横轴

的转动是否灵活 , 如
果转动不灵活时 , 请重新调整套环。
