WARNING :
The oil amount is checked while the hook is ro-
tating at a high speed. Extra special care must
be taken on the adjustment of the oil amount.
WINDING A BOBBIN

1) 〜 の順に糸を通し、ボビンに数回巻き付け
ます。
2) ボビン押えを倒します。
3) 糸が八分目位巻けるように糸巻き量調節ねじで
調節します。
糸巻き量調節ねじを反時計方向に回すと糸巻き量
は多くなり、時計方向に回すと少なく巻けます。
4) 糸が片寄って巻けるときは、糸巻き案内を前後
に動かして、正しく巻ける位置にして止めねじ
で固定します。
5) 巻き終わると、ボビン押えが外れて自動的に止ま
ります。

several turns round the bobbin.
2) Tilt bobbin presser .
3) Adjust bobbin thread amount adjustment screw to wind
a bobbin about 80% of its capacity.
1) Pase el hilo por el orden de a . Luego enróllelo varias vueltas en la bobina.
2) Incline el presionador de bobina .
3) Ajuste el tornillo regulador de cantidad de hilo de bobina para bobinar una bobina en un 80% de su capacidad. Gire hacia
la izquierda el tornillo para aumentar la cantidad de hilo a bobinar en la bobina, o hacia la derecha para disminuirla.
4) Si la bobina no se enrolla uniformemente, corríjala moviendo la guía del hilo del bobinador hacia atrás o hacia adelante.
Seguidamente apriete los tornillos .
5) Cuando se llene de hilo la bobina, el presionador de bobina se suelta automáticamente dejando libre la bobina y se para el
bobinador.

amount of oil in the hook or counterclockwise will increase it.
3) Place a piece of paper near the periphery of
the hook,and run the machine for approxi-
matelyveseconds.Theproperamountof
oil in the hook is obtained when the oil spots
lightly make stripes on the paper as shown
inthegure.

La cantidad de aceite se comprueba mientras el
gancho está girando a alta velocidad. Hey que
poner sumo cuidado en el ajuste de la cantidad
de
aceite.
1) Ajuste la cantidad de aceite en el gancho girando el tornillo
regulador de cantidad de aceite montado en el gancho.
2) Girando el tornillo regulador hacia la derecha disminuirá la
cantidad de aceite en el gancho o aumentará girándolo hacia
la izquierda.
3) Coloque un trozo de papel cerca de la per-
iferia del gancho, y gire la máquina de coser
por unos cinco minutos aproximadamente.
La cantidad propia de aceite en el gancho
se obtiene cuando la motas de aceite ha-
cen ligeramente rayas en el papel como se
muestraenlagura.
Turn the screw counterclockwise to increase the amount of thread to be wound round the bobbin, or clockwise to decrease it.
4) If the bobbin is wound unevenly, correct it by moving thread guide of the bobbin winder back or forth. Then tighten screws .
5) Whenthebobbinislledup,thebobbinpresserautomaticallyreleasesthebobbinandthebobbinwinderstopsrunning.
