4. Test the pressure when the engine is running
at high idle and the control lever of the circuit to
be tested is kept in the NEUTRAL position and
at the full stroke.
a If PPC valve output pressure is at the level
shown below, it is judged normal.
5. Detach all the test tools, and make sure that
the machine is back to normal condition.
Adjusting play of work equipment
and swing PPC valves 1
a If the right and left work equipment levers have
large play, adjust them according to the follow-
ing procedure.
a The play of the lever terminal must be 0.5  3
mm at a position of 200 mm from the center of
lever rotation.
1. Remove the work equipment and swing PPC
valve assembly.
2. Remove bellows (1).
3. Loosen locknut (2) and tighten disc (3) until it
touches the heads of 4 pistons (4).
4. Fix disc (3) and tighten locknut (2) to the speci-
fied torque.
3 Locknut: 69  88 Nm {7  9 kgm}
5. Install bellows (1).
6. Install the work equipment and swing PPC
valve assembly.
