– Remove screws of locking cap . Remove locking cap and outer tube .
– Pull the glass fiber yarn filling from the inner tube.
– Clean the parts that are to be reinstalled.
– Mount the new glass fiber yarn filling on the inner tube.
– Slide the outer tube over the glass fiber yarn filling.
– Insert the locking cap into the outer tube.
– Mount and tighten the screws with the toothed washers.
Guideline
Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft)
– Install the main silencer. ( p. 35)

– Remove cable binder .
– Take off the chain guard.

– Position the chain guard. Mount cable binder .

The cable binder must be run between chain sliding guard and
swingarm .

– Mount the cable binder at the rear.
– Align the chain guard so that screws of the chain guide are visible.
– Tighten the cable binder and cut off the ends.
10.27Removing the engine sprocket cover x
– Raise the motorcycle with a lift stand. ( p. 25)

– Remove screw .
– Take off the engine sprocket cover.
