STORAGE
Take necessary steps to be in good condition
for next use after long storage.
●Perform any necessary periodic maintenance or
repairs before storage
●Exchange new oil after warming up the engine.
●Empty the fuel tank and make sure no fuel
remaining by idling until the engine stalls.
●Remove the battery and keep from direct
sunlight or freezing temperature, it’s better to
do a slow charge once a month.
●Wash and dry the vehicle thoroughly
●Apply corrosion inhibitor to all unpainted metal.
●Inflate all tires to the rated pressure and put the
wheel stands to raise tires off the ground.
●Cover the vehicle, store indoors and keep dry.
Removal from Storage
●Remove cover from the vehicle
●Check the battery voltage or charge it if
necessary, and then install it in the vehicle.
●Fill the fuel tank with fuel.
●Check all the points listed in the Pre-ride
Inspection section.
EMISSION CONTROL
∎Gasoline is easily flammable and
explosive. It’s possible to get burned, even
seriously injured when fueling with
carelessness.
∎Stop the engine and keep away from any
heat source, spark fire, and flames.
∎Be sure to add fuel outdoors and wipe the
spill up at once.
