4.2 SCALE FACTOR CUSTOM CALIBRATION
You can easily custom calibrate the DPS for your probe following the procedure in this sec-
on. Perform the Scale Factor Vericaon as described in secon 4.1.
Open the DPS soware and click the buon.
The custom calibraon window opens.
Enter the voltages measured at each gap from the Scale Factor Vericaon data.
When complete, click the buon. The soware will adjust
the DPS linearizaon to match the probe and cable.
The custom calibraon process overwrites any
previous custom calibraon. Standard Metrix factory
calibraons for MX2030 and 7200 5m and 9m systems are
not aected.
Voltages are assumed negave. Do not put a “-”
sign in front of each voltage.
